Payment must accompany your order. For your convenience I accept visa, mastercard, american express, cheque or postal order, paypal, eftpos or bank deposit, please read ordering information to find out more about shipping, ordering, payment details.

Currency / Exchange Rates

All prices are currently presented in Australian Dollars, however, where possible, I provide prices in the currency of the country in which you recieved you catalog. This is a fairly difficult and time consuming procedure so where there is price discrepancy or a fluctuation in exchange rates between currencies then the US Dollar currency should be used as a standard.

Postage Costs

The customer bears the risk of loss once the parcel has been posted.
By default we will always choose the cheapest and safest option to distribute your order.

Australia
Express Post (Australia Wide) - $9.30 for parcels up to 3kg - includes a tracking No.
Parcel Post (Autralia Wide) - $7.90 for parcels up to 3kg - No tracking available.

South Africa
In South Africa we prefer to use a courier service, this is proven to be most reliable and also most cost effective method of delivery.

United Kingdom and Europe
Tthe Royal Mail is a preferred option for sending parcels and packages and will be used unless an alternate service is requested.

Where are on Earth are you based?

I have a distributor in Australia, South Africa and England, most of these products are stored in each of these countries which ignificanty reduces shipping costs and delivery times. If for some reason, the product is not available in your ountries you will be notified of the change in shipping costs and be given the option of dis-continuing with your order.

How Long Will My Product Take To Arrive?

Shipping times vary depending in which country you have made your order however I aim to despatch your product within 48 hours after the payment has been received.

What About Returns and Refunds?

NO returns or refunds unless we shipped you the wrong materials, or the product was defective before shipping. In some instances I may consider a refund or exhange but only by prior arrangement. I appreciate any feedback as to why the product is being returned. Was my description misleading? Did you expect a better product? After 21 days the product may not be returned for any reason.
